I think pricing for photography shouldn’t be a guessing game, so I have two simple prices for architectural photography: $1250 per day or $125 per hour.
($250 minimum.)
Daily
My base rate for photography is $1250 per day. What counts? I don’t count driving to the first site, but any travel thereafter counts into the rate. I count a day as an 8-hour package. I know that sometimes you may have to break up a shoot–maybe 2 hours in the day and 6 hours at night. That’s fine. I’ll just add it up to 8. After 8 hours, I’ll continue at the hourly rate. I’d be happy to provide an estimate and tour the property (when appropriate) free of charge.
This is my base rate for photography.

I start my photography pricing at $125 per hour. I charge a $250 minimum, but as with my daily rate, I don’t count driving to the first site. (Travel thereafter counts as time spent shooting.) If the shoot adds up to 7 or 8 hours in a single day, we’ll automatically drop the rate to the daily rate.

Basic Photography Includes:

- HDR processing where appropriate
- Online portfolio
- Complimentary one-time image re-sizing.
My basic sizing included is (width), 500px, 1000px, and full-resolution.
Purchasing your images:
The pricing above is for my time to shoot your property. You may purchase 10 full-resolution* images with a copyright release for $350. Additional images (after the first 10) are available for $25 each. Some prefer purchasing the entire shoot (for online or print marketing), for $549 you will receive your entire session on disc, with full resolution images and a copyright release.
